Dear fellow shareholders,

On behalf of the Shee Atiká Board, I have some important updates to share with you.

Our next annual meeting will be held at the Anchorage Marriott Downtown on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska. We plan to hold the meeting in person and via livestream so that all shareholders have an opportunity to watch—more details to come.

Three director positions will be elected at the annual meeting. Shareholders who are interested in running for the Board on Shee Atiká’s corporate proxy must submit a completed application packet so that it is received by 4:00 pm Alaska time on Friday, January 23, 2026.  Your Board has made the decision not to use discretionary voting again this year but will recommend up to three (3) candidates to the shareholders.  The Board members who are not themselves running for election will make this selection from among the shareholders who timely submit the completed application to appear on Shee Atiká’s corporate proxy and who meet the qualifications set forth in Shee Atiká’s Bylaws.

The Board encourages every interested shareholder to consider submitting an application to appear on the 2026 Annual Meeting proxy.  This application sets forth the qualification requirements that Shee Atiká directors must meet. Note that this application is separate from the application to be considered for appointment to succeed Norma Perkins on the Shee Atiká Board.

Interested shareholders can obtain the application packet in one of three ways:

3. In person at the Shee Atiká office at 315 Lincoln Street, Suite 300, in Sitka.

All applications must be completed, signed, and received by the Corporation no later than 4:00 pm Alaska time on January 23, 2026.
