Academic Scholarship Application Form


Applicants may be awarded up to $4,500 per academic year for the purpose of earning an academic undergraduate degree, $6,000 for a graduate degree, $4,000 a vocational certificate, or $4,500 for attending a program/class that advances the cause of Native culture. There are three application deadlines per year. The next deadlines are March 13, June 12 and October 9, 2026, at 4:00 pm (Alaska time).

Name Change Form


Complete this form and submit the following documents to change your name on your Shee Atiká shareholder record: 1. A copy of your marriage certificate or court document showing your name change. 2. A valid testamentary disposition (will for your shares) with your new name. 3. A W-9 form.

Gifting Shares Form


Shareholders may gift their shares to the following: child, grandchild, great-grandchild, niece, nephew, brother or sister. Please note that Shee Atiká encourages shareholders to keep at least 1 of their shares to be eligible for our scholarship and funeral benefits programs.

Cultural & Heritage Study Scholarship Application Form


Scholarship to assist individuals pursuing classes that preserve, promote, and maintain the traditional culture, tribal organization and/or lifestyle of Alaska Native people. Funding may cover course fees, materials, supplies, and tools required by the course work. The next application deadlines are March 13, June 12, and October 9, 2026 at 4:00pm AKST.

Short-Term Cultural & Heritage Application Form


The short-term cultural and heritage scholarships are available year-round and are approved in-house by staff. Applicants may be awarded up to $1,000 for the purpose of attending a program/class that advances the cause of Native culture.

Short-Term Training Scholarship Application Form


The purpose of this funding is to prepare shareholders with immediate employment. Applicants may be awarded up to $1,000 for the purpose of attending job-related training focused on an immediate job opportunity. The training must be 30 days or less.

Direct Deposit Form


Shareholders must have a current address on file to be eligible for our direct deposit program.

Youth Scholarship Application Form


Shareholders between the ages of 5-18 who own at least 1x share may be awarded up to $750 per year for the purpose of funding school and community activities. Applications must be submitted before the activity begins.

Stock Will / Testamentary Disposition Form


We encourage our shareholders that are 18+ to complete this very important form. It is a “Will” for your shares; please note you may change this form at any time.

Stock Transfer / Death of a Shareholder Form


If a shareholder passes away, please notify our office as soon as possible. There is required paperwork for each estate and its beneficiaries.

Funeral Benefit Form


Shareholders may receive up to $2,000 for funeral benefit related expenses. Payment will not be made to a beneficiary, family member or to the estate; it will be made only to pay bills incurred in connection with a shareholder’s death, such as a funeral home.

Funeral Benefit Instructions


Please be sure to submit a copy of the invoice from the funeral home along with the funeral benefit application. Shee Atiká requires a death certificate, and we understand this may take several weeks to obtain. Please be sure to submit the death certificate once available.
