Shee Atiká Seeks Qualified Shareholders to Apply for Two-Year Board Appointment
The Shee Atiká Board is looking to fill an open seat on the board of directors. This term is a little over two years and ends at the 2028 annual meeting.
The Board is committed to an open and transparent process to fill the Board seat and encourages all interested shareholders 18 years of age and older with voting stock to submit an application packet. The deadline for shareholders to submit a packet is 4:00 p.m. Alaska time on Friday, December 19, 2025. The new director will serve until the annual meeting in 2028.
Application Packet Checklist:
- A completed disclosure questionnaire (link here)
- A current resume
- A letter of interest explaining why you would be the ideal candidate
- A current credit report (less than 10 days old at time of submission) from one of the three main credit agencies: Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion
- Proof of Education (diploma, degree, and/or transcripts)
Additionally, background checks will be performed.
